Due to continued growth we are looking to recruit a UK Residency Manager who will be responsible for managing the delivery of GlassHouse's Residency Practice and establishing the delivery component of the newly formed UK residency business line. Additionally, you will be required to leverage and adapt GlassHouse processes, procedures and systems whilst growing the residency delivery capability from start up to steady state.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct and manage a delivery team, including incentive and retention programs to ensure top talent is available to GlassHouse customers.
• Work with UK 'Subject Matter Experts' to define standardised consultant profiles.
• Develop and manage the GlassHouse certification program in order to differentiate GlassHouse residency consultants in the market place.
• Work alongside UK sales to translate sales forecast into delivery capacity forecast.
• Establish and manage relationships with internal and external resource suppliers to source appropriate resources.
• Establish and manage relationships with internet search tool providers.
• Work with UK 'Subject Matter Experts' to screen and assess delivery resources.
• Manage, develop and staff delivery resources.
• Ensure high quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Establish relationships with clients within the context of service delivery and resource allocation.
• Work with the Residency Sales team to promote sale of excess capacity.

Successful candidates will have at least 5 years proven successful experience in this area.
