Part-time Customer Support Representative- Cary, NC

 
GlassHouse Technologies, Inc. is recruiting for part-time Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) who will respond to technical telephone inquiries in a call center environment. CSRs will provide customer service in a timely and professional manner via telephone and Internet by following standard technical scripts and procedures. CSRs must be open to working a variety of shifts and will be required to work out of GlassHouse’s new Customer Support Services Call Center in Cary, North Carolina.

Mandatory Technical Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience in a help desk environment
  • Strong PC hardware/software knowledge with previous work experience in Windows-based environment
Additional Qualifications:
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to read and interpret problem resolution scripts
  • Excellent phone etiquette including listening, written and oral communication skills
  • Flexibility
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team player
Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming technical calls and field customer questions
  • Open trouble tickets; document technical issues for resolution
  • Follow standard technical script and obtain detailed descriptions of customer’s technical issues
  • Resolve and close cases and/or escalate to Level Two support as needed
  • Dispatch parts and labor for specific incidents
  • Attend weekly meetings
